Our goal is to create stores customers would want to come back to.

The idea of "stores customers would want to come back to" came from my desire to create stores where customers could aimlessly stop by during their commute or on their days off.

We provide products to match the customers' desired lifestyle, and do not provide any unnecessary products or services.
Keep your eyes and ears open as you go about your daily work and listen for what our customers want, and if there is a real need for it, do not be afraid to let a supervisor know.

We have slowly changed our business to meet the true needs of our customers.
We create a sense of security for our customers by not making sudden changes to our products and services, and we take care not to overwhelm or overwork our staff with unnecessary work.

To that end, each one of us needs to think about what our customers want.On the other hand, it is also important to understand what the customer does not want us to do and consider what it is that we must not do.

Keep the stores clean and organized

While keeping the stores clean and organized is a given, we must also work to organize stores in a way where all customers, including customers with children, elderly customers, and customers with disabilities, can find what they are looking for in our stores.

In addition, in order to make the shopping experience as stress-free as possible, we will make efforts to make it easier to find products even on our online store.

Aim to be a store our customers enjoy visiting

We do not use loud in-store displays or announcements so that customers can enjoy shopping with ease.

Ensure that the store is organized in a way where even customers carrying luggage or visiting with strollers can enjoy shopping.

Pursuit of employee satisfaction

We aim to be a company where all staff can improve their individual wellbeing and find their work to be rewarding.

We will continue to face and respond to changes in the values and ideas regarding gender roles, an aging workforce, and work-life balance.

We aim to hire diversely and realize diversity through different ways of working.Through in-house systems and training, we will continue to make efforts so that all staff, including foreigners, people with disabilities, and those who are raising children or providing care for a family member, can work in a way that suits them the best.
